Civil construction projects affecting streets, sidewalks, traffic lanes, pedestrian routes, parking, utilities, or other portions of the public right-of-way may require specialized plans, permit documentation, and agency coordination before construction can begin.
E&M Constructors Inc. performs civil construction, paving, concrete, excavation, underground utility, ADA improvement, street improvement, and public works construction.
When a project requires specialized temporary traffic control planning, permit coordination, engineering review coordination, or agency submittal support, E&M Constructors may retain qualified outside service providers to support those requirements.
Public Ready services
For qualifying projects, E&M Constructors may engage Public Ready as an independent service provider for specific planning, documentation, and agency-coordination services.
Public Ready’s services are separately scoped and authorized based on the requirements of each project.
Temporary Traffic Control Plans
Public Ready prepares project-specific temporary traffic control plans for construction activities affecting traffic lanes, sidewalks, pedestrian routes, parking, access, and the public right-of-way.
Permit Coordination
Public Ready can assist with permit documentation, project information, application support, agency communication, and public right-of-way coordination.
Engineering Review and Stamping Coordination
When professional engineering review or stamping is required, Public Ready can coordinate that review through qualified licensed professionals.
Agency Submittal Support
Public Ready can assist with organizing plans, supporting documents, revisions, responses, and other materials required for agency review.
Lane Closure and Detour Plans
Public Ready can prepare planning documents for temporary lane closures, traffic shifts, detours, restricted access, and temporary traffic routing.
ADA and Pedestrian Traffic Control Plans
Public Ready can prepare plans addressing temporary pedestrian routing, sidewalk closures, accessible paths of travel, pedestrian detours, and ADA-related access considerations during construction.
E&M performs the construction. Public Ready’s work is separately scoped.
E&M Constructors remains responsible for its contracted construction scope, field operations, crews, equipment, supervision, construction methods, jobsite responsibilities, and project execution.
Public Ready provides separately authorized planning, documentation, permit-coordination, and agency-submittal services.
Public Ready does not replace E&M Constructors as the contractor and does not assume responsibility for E&M’s field construction operations.

Public Ready and E&M Constructors Inc. are separate and independent businesses. Nothing on this page creates or implies:
