Eddie Padilla is the owner and driving force behind E&M Constructors Inc. Originally started in 1971 by Eddie's father as a family-owned construction business, the company was incorporated by Eddie in 2002, continuing the family legacy with a commitment to quality, reliability, and self-performed civil construction.
